The training days are suitable for riders whom can independently walk trot canter & jump. 

Arrive at the yard for 9am and pick up is at 1pm. 

Riders will need to come dressed appropriately for riding, and day full of activities bearing in mind they may get a bit mucky! Please bring a packed lunch including plenty to drink. 

During the day riders come to learn about various riding techniques eg flatwork, drill riding, grid or course jumping. Whilst also learning aspects of looking after and handling the ponies. Included in the day there will be a riding lesson and the remaining time will be spent doing hands on activities, learn about stable management and riding theory. 

Those whom are current Pony Club members will be consistently assessed towards the Progressive tests certificates & achievement badges will be issued when members fulfil a relevant badge criteria.
